Globus & Cosmos launches new Italy vacation brochure

Globus & Cosmos in partnership with ENIT (Italian State Tourist Board) has launched an exclusive brochure showcasing their entire selection of 2008 Italy vacations, including Cosmos, Globus & Monograms. "We have on offer over 30 vacation packages to Italy that range from escorted travel to independent packages where clients can choose from vacations that cover the key cities of Rome, Florence and Venice, to those that delve into the specific regions of Sicily, Tuscany or the Dolomites. And considering the importance of Italy to our portfolio we found it necessary to invest in an exclusive destination brochure for Italy," says Gauri Jayaram - regional director, South Asia and Middle East.

In this regard, the company has launched a US$ 100-off per couple offer on all their Italy vacations for travel anytime before December 31, 2008. "We are celebrating our 80th anniversary of being the largest escorted travel company and want to reward our clients with great offers for this market," explained Jayaram, about the offer.

To mark this milestone, the company has also launched a Platinum vacation for its premium brand Globus to Italy, called 'Italy at Leisure'. Globus & Cosmos has also launched a special gourmet vacation, 'Flavours of Italy' which takes clients on a gastronomic tour to discover the local flavours combined with the highlights of each destination. Special inclusions include an Italian cooking lesson, winery tours and wine-tasting sessions in ancient castles, dinners at local restaurants and visits to a local parmesan factory.
