Parsvnath to build 2 luxury hotels in Jodhpur

Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers has said it will construct two luxury hotels in its 110.4-acre township in Jodhpur - a five-star and a three-star, consisting of about 250 and 225 rooms, respectively. The company however declined to give any further details about investment or management of the hotels.

The company has also offered villas called Parsvnath Royale Villas of sizes 200, 250 and 300 square yards as part of the township in the first phase. Apart from independent villas and hotels, the project would also offer floors, plots, shopping malls and an exclusive club. The project would be completed in three years, whereas, the villas would be ready in the next 24 months. The group has recently launched townships in Indore, Dharuhera, Panchkula and Chandigarh.
