Ezeego1.com launches travel shop

Travel portal ezeego1.com has opened its first retail shop called Travel Shop in Mumbai, making it among the first few online travel agent to do so. The outlet will offer all kinds of travel-related services, from booking of flights, hotels, holidays to providing information about visa and travel insurance.

Commenting on this initiative, Neelu Singh, its COO, said, "Online travel is the next big thing. However, to service the online customer better, we have designed the ezeego1 Travel Shop which is an alternative channel for booking and will enable the customer to interact with travel counselors on a personal level."

She added, "We offer an array of travel-related services including visa services for which customers may have to physically approach us. Such a travel outlet is convenient for the customer. This Travel Shop in Mumbai is a pilot project. Our future plan is to expand through franchisee shops across key cities in India."
