Cathay
Pacific Airways has appointed Tom Wright as its general manager for
India, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan. He takes over from Rupert Bray
who will be assuming a new role as director and general manager for Swire
Oilfield Services in Aberdeen, Scotland. Wright will be based in Mumbai
and will oversee both Cathay Pacific and Dragonair's operations in India,
the Middle East, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Africa |

| Virgin Atlantic has appointed Steve Griffiths
as the new director of Engineering, following the recent departure of
Jeff Livings to Gulf Air. Griffiths has been with Virgin Atlantic for over
12 years. Before joining Virgin Atlantic, he worked for Rolls-Royce plc
as a senior engineer.
Griffiths is now responsible for 850 employees
working within the engineering department. He will lead the engineering
division to ensure that the Virgin Atlantic fleet and its third party
customer's fleets are maintained to the highest level of safety and reliability,
ensuring regulatory compliance and cost effectiveness through the provision
of strategic in-house and outsourced maintenance activities

| The ExecuJet Aviation Group has appointed Peter Hartmann
as managing director of the company's European aviation services arm, ExecuJet
Europe.
He will be based at the organisation's European
and global headquarters in Zurich.
Hartmann will lead a 160-member strong team of Europe-based
business aviation operations and maintenance professionals based principally
at ExecuJet Europe regional facilities in Zurich, Berlin and Copenhagen.
He will not only be responsible for the day-to-day management of ExecuJet
Europe's business aviation operations, support and services business across
a broad territory from Ireland and the UK and across continental Europe
and into Russia, Ukraine and the ex CIS, but will also provide strategic
input and ongoing management of the company's expanding business investment

| Low cost Singapore-based airline, Tiger Airways,
has appointed Peter Negline to the position of CFO. He replaces Evelyn
Tan, who will be leaving the company to pursue personal interests. Negline
has over 20 years experience in aviation financing, research and funds management
all with global, blue chip financial institutions. His appointment is effective
30 July 2007.
Prior to joining Tiger, Negline was an executive director
and head (Regional Transportation Research) at JPMorgan Securities in
Hong Kong

Jet
Airways has appointed Gerry Oh as its regional vice president for
South East Asia. He will be based in Singapore and report to Jet Airways
EVP Marketing, Anita Goyal. He will oversee the airline's regional sales,
marketing, operations and lead the airline's rapid expansion in the region.
Oh was the airline's vice president (Marketing Communications
& Development) and subsequently served as vice president (Global Sales
& Distribution)

| The ATR Assembly of Members appointed Stéphane
Mayer as chief executive officer of ATR from June 1, 2007. He succeeds
Filippo Bagnato whose three-year mandate expired at the end of May 2007.
Mayer holds an engineering degree from the French school Polytechnique.
He has degrees from the National School of Statistics & Economics and
the Paris Institute of Political Studies |
