CWT in India is a joint venture with 50:50 equity held by CWT globally and AFL. What's your reaction on winning this award?

The award is a great achievement for the company. It means a lot to me - personally and professionally. Personally, it indicates that we are on the right track and professionally it is a motivator and offers the desired impetus to achieve our goals. This award is indicative of the fact that we are moving in the right direction.

What factors have contributed to your success?

I think it is time to thank our team who has worked hard to show us this day. We work in a very transparent manner with our clients towards the fulfillment of their travel policy objectives, ensuring consistent and quality services. Nearly 99 per cent client retention, consolidation, and organic growth have helped us expand our business.

What are the company's plans to stay on top?

In future too the company intends to continue growing fast and gain market share to sustain its position as the industry leader and the most professional company in the business travel segment. We hope to achieve this continued growth by delivering consistent high quality services and achieving near 100 per cent client retention. We also intend to focus more on the non-air travel segment particularly managing hotel and car rental programmes along with travel insurance and forex for our clients.
