AP CM to inaugurate 55th annual TAAI Convention
The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy will inaugurate the 55th annual convention and exhibition of TAAI to be held from September 1-4, 2006.

‘From now you’ll see TAAI in an all-new avatar’
An all new vision, a refreshed attitude, path-breaking business initiatives and an entirely new spirit of positivity is what TAAI 2006 is all about. Ashwini Kakkar, its president, tells Reema Sisodia about the convention and TAAI’s constitution, which will be amended for the first time in its history to make it more relevant today.

‘Our focus is to promote the state as a MICE destination’
With TAAI being the buzzword in the travel trade, Andhra Pradesh’s infrastructure and hospitality are once more in the limelight as the state gears itself to roll out the red carpet for the high profile event. The state’s tourism minister, Dr J Geeta Reddy, speaks to Vyas Sivanand on the forthcoming TAAI convention and the state's plans to further tourism.

‘We’ve come to the moment of truth’
The 55th TAAI annual convention has dared to be different. Breaking through previous traditions, it will have a lot of new offerings this year. C V Prasad, chairman (Convention Committee), tells Reema Sisodia about this year’s convention.
