Nandita Das is Orissa's brand ambassador

Orissa Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) has roped in actress Nandita Das as its brand ambassador. According to Surjya Ranjan Patro, the Orissa tourism minister, Das will showcase the state through the slogan - Come home to Orissa.

The campaign will be launched in two phases. The first phase, running through November-January, will focus on providing communication for several Orissa festivals. The second phase, featuring Das, will begin from February 2006.
