Pegasus Solutions Appoints Aman Travels As Sales Agent

Aman Worldwide has recently been appointed as the authorised sales agent of
Dallas-based Pegasus Solutions. Pegasus is a technology and services provider
that include central reservation systems, electronic distribution services,
commission processing and payment services and property management systems to
hotels and travel distributors.
Aman Worldwide will offer four basic products of Pegasus, namely, Pegasus Commission
Processing, Utell and Unirez, Pegs Tours and Pegs Pay. The company is primarily
focussing on Pegasus Commission Processing, which is a comprehensive and technologically
advanced hotel commission processing service to help agents resolve commission
related issues.
"The travel agents have been facing problems of not

and will ensure timely payment of commission to travel agents. Moreover, it
will help agents access details of transactions on websites at anytime,"
said Deepak Narula, managing director, Aman Worldwide.
Pegasus Commission Processing is representing nearly every major hotel brand
and over 50,000 properties. It is distributing commissions worth US$ 41 million
every month. While Galileo is currently promoting this product, the company
is in talks with Amadeus and Abacus for a joint campaign. "The CRS companies
have always been looking forward to such representations in India because they
are now focussing on hotel segment besides airlines," said Narula.
Apart from this product, other services of Pegasus Solutions are Utell, which
helps in maximising hotel revenues and driving measurable business from completely
new sources. While Pegs Tours is a multi-channel platform wherein tour operators
and wholesalers can trade, Pegs Pay processes net rate payments on behalf of
merchant participants.
