Goa Tourism On The Cultural Route

To promote the culture and lifestyle of Goa, the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) had organised - 'The Grape Escape'- a three-day cultural event held in Panaji. This was done to bring together international wine makers and local patrons, hoteliers, restaurauteurs, and professionals from the entertainment, fashion and art milieu.

This wine and food festival saw food courts presenting culinary delights from across the globe, wine-tasting sessions, fusion cuisine and exotic deserts. It also had educational workshops on culinary art presentations and ways of cooking gastronomical delights conducted by celebrity chefs. Taj Exotica, Holiday Inn, Mum's Kitchen, Goa Marriott’s Resorts, and Club Tito were among those who presented their culinary skills. The event also saw wine tasting sessions from leading hotels and resorts.
