Oakwood Confirms Bangalore Launch By November ’06

Oakwood Worldwide has officially confirmed that it has signed a contract with the leading real estate developers of Bangalore, Prestige Estates Projects (P) Ltd to manage a 218-unit luxury serviced apartment in the Indian Silicon Valley. Scheduled to open in November 2006, the Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore will be developed and owned by the Prestige Group.
