Editor Wins Global Award

Sheldon Santwan, editor, Express Hotelier & Caterer, Express Travel & Tourism and feBusiness Traveller has been conferred with the coveted 'Marriott Golden Circle Award' for 2005. The award recognises his outstanding contribution to the cause of the travel and tourism industry as editor of the hospitality and travel publications from the Business Publications Division of the Indian Express Newspapers (Mumbai) Ltd. The 'Marriott Golden Circle Awards' are presented to select global journalists who report on hospitality and tourism and whose work contributes toward promoting a worldwide understanding of hospitality, travel and tourism as a potent vehicle for economic development and peace. The 17th annual Marriott Golden Circle Awards Ceremony was held recently during the Club 1000 Gala Dinner at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai.
