‘We Are Ready To Fully Participate In The Growth Of Travel’

Peter Luethi, Chief Operating Officer, Jet Airways (I) Pvt Ltd winner of the ‘Best Domestic Airline’ for the second consecutive year talks to Charmaine Fernz on the what it takes to be a winner..

What does the award mean to you?

It means a great deal of satisfaction and pride for all of us at Jet Airways. To be recognised as a company performing to the expectation of our customers and the travel trade who recommend and sell our services is a good incentive to strive for even higher goals.

What is the secret of your success?

Dedication of our teams across all our networks. The professionalism in the duties each one performs within the service chain and the leadership of each team who observes that the standards are met.

How do you plan to retain this success?

We will retain our reputation by continuously improving our logistics and IT-support to allow our front line people to spend time with the clients and to be able to serve the passenger better.

What are Jet Airways future plans?

Jet Airways is ready to fully participate in the growth of the travel and tourism industry domestically and hopefully also international. We will continue to grow our airline in line with the market, induct additional capacity to serve the growing demand and above all work hard in every facet of our company to retain our service excellence throughout the airline.
