Jet Airways Enhances Participation On Galileo

Galileo India recently announced that it had enhanced the participation of Jet Airways to Interactive Sell, the highest functionality level on its CRS. With this, Galileo now offers Interactive Sell functionality on all major domestic carriers in India.

Interactive Display enables travel agents to obtain real-time seat availability status on the Galileo system. Travel agents can thus provide accurate availability information to their customers instantly, by gaining live access to the airline's inventory. Says Seema Luthra, president and CEO, Galileo India, "We are proud of our decade-long partnership with Jet Airways. This enhancement will be a significant value-addition for the travel agent, in his efforts in improving his levels of customer service."

Besides the major domestic airlines, Galileo offers this functionality on nearly 35 other international airlines, which fly into India. This is the highest number of airlines for any CRS in the country.
