The
Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has made a strong statement against
the Ministry of Tourisms (MoT) inability to enforce
the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) 1999, as the countrys
hotels, monuments and airlines continue to violate the act
which bans the levying of a dual tariff.
