Sterling Appoints Days Inn To Manage Time-Share Resorts
ET&T Staff /Chennai

Chennai-based Sterling Holiday Resorts has appointed Days Inn to manage its chain of 11 resorts in nine destinations across India. However, the Sterling Swamimalai is not a part of this agreement.

Under the 15-year agreement, Days Inn is to upgrade and manage the 11 properties on a day-to-day basis. Sterling meanwhile, is to focus on the core activity of servicing time-share customers. As a part of Days Inn’s operational agreement, it will increase the emphasis on quality assurance and training programmes.

“I am extremely happy to sign this agreement with Days Inn”, said P N Mohan, managing director, Sterling Holiday Resorts. “In fact, Sterling is the first time-share company in India to appoint a franchiser. This is a clear step to enhance customer satisfaction.

We are committed to providing the highest standards of quality accommodation and service to the Sterling Days Inn members and guests.”
